Aira provides mindfulness exercises, guided practices, breathing exercises, educational content, and wellness tools designed to support emotional well-being.

Aira is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Aira is not a medical service. The content provided through Aira:

• is not a diagnosis
• is not treatment
• is not a substitute for professional healthcare

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aira.

By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for your use of Aira. You understand that:

You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your platform account settings. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

All content within Aira, including but not limited to:

• guided practices
• audio recordings
• text
• graphics
• logos
• illustrations
• design elements

is owned by Aira or licensed to Aira and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• modify
• sell
• republish

any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• misuse the service
• interfere with app operation
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer the software
• use the service for unlawful purposes

We strive to keep Aira available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

Aira is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
